Phase I would contemplate fire and life safety items, renovations/capital improvements/building replacement, technology upgrades, and the purchase of land for 4 new schools (including planning/design work for 2 new high schools).

Phase II (which would potentially begin in 2017-18) would contemplate the construction of 5 new schools – 2 high schools, 2 elementary schools and 1 middle school – and capital improvements to existing facilities.
